If You Need Pension Assistance:

If you have a question about a pension or other retirement plan, a pension counseling project may be able to provide you with free legal assistance.

Not located within a pension counseling project’s service area?

Free legal assistance may be available through our PensionHelp America website. If these resources aren’t able to help answer your question, please complete the form below to tell us about your pension problem.

If you are a member of the media, send an e-mail to press(at)pensionrights.org.

All information provided is kept confidential and will not be shared with any groups outside our office. We cannot endorse or guarantee services outside of Pension Rights Center.

If you receive a scam call, we recommend you report the scam to your state’s attorney general.
