PRC comments to PBGC on missing participants and lost plans (August 20, 2013)

The Pension Rights Center submitted comments [PDF] to the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation in response to its Request for Information on establishing a program to help locate workers and retirees in defined contribution plans that have terminated. The Center also recommended establishing a Lost Plan Registry, which would help individuals find and claim pension benefits that they have earned.
